Vented Chest Seal

Dressing for traumatic amputations, burns and large wounds. The Blast® Bandage provides a 50 × 50 cm treatment area while packing down to approximately the size of a 10 cm bandage. Its large non-adherent wound pad can be wrapped around a limb and secured with the attached elastic bandage. It provides extensive sterile protective coverage for shrapnel wounds or burns. Hook-and-loop tourniquet that applies increasing pressure with each wrap. Acting as an effective compression dressing, FullStop® increases circumferential pressure with every turn. The material should be pulled firmly (ideally to the limit of its elasticity); once applied, the application time can be written on the end of the device.

The Olaes® modular bandage represents a new generation of trauma dressings. It features a transparent pressure cup that focuses pressure on the wound and allows visual inspection of bleeding. Developed with input from experienced combat medics, it includes anti-unrolling strips on the elastic wrap and Z-fold packed gauze. Its compact design offers versatile use: covering minor wounds, applying effective pressure dressings and occlusive dressings, and packing serious wounds with gauze. Latex-free. Contains 3 metres of sterile, four-ply gauze.

The TMT™ (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) is a bleeding-control device specifically designed to manage massive haemorrhage from the limbs. Developed from lessons learned in battlefield environments, the TMT is designed for easy application and effective occlusion. It can also be self-applied, requiring minimal training to address life-threatening bleeding quickly. It is intended to address shortcomings of other tourniquets, including the ability to adjust pressure.

Accordion-folded chitosan-impregnated haemostatic gauze designed to control moderate to severe bleeding. The dressing contains a radiopaque strip to help locate it during X-ray examination. See the Description section for full product details.
