The TMT™ (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) is a bleeding-control device specifically designed to manage massive haemorrhage from the limbs. Developed from lessons learned in battlefield environments, the TMT is designed for easy application and effective occlusion. It can also be self-applied, requiring minimal training to address life-threatening bleeding quickly. It is intended to address shortcomings of other tourniquets, including the ability to adjust pressure.

At one-third the cost and weight of many other combat tourniquets, the SWAT-T™ is an essential medical item for any first-aid kit. Originally designed for military and civilian special weapons and tactics teams. The Omni Splint is a malleable, closed-cell foam splint with an aluminium framework, designed to help support and immobilise one or more of the patient’s limbs. Once positioned correctly, the splint can be secured using various fastening methods, including adhesive tape. This lightweight, flexible splint is not made with natural rubber latex.

The Olaes® modular bandage represents a new generation of trauma dressings. It features a transparent pressure cup that focuses pressure on the wound and allows visual inspection of bleeding. Developed with input from experienced combat medics, it includes anti-unrolling strips on the elastic wrap and Z-fold packed gauze. Its compact design offers versatile use: covering minor wounds, applying effective pressure dressings and occlusive dressings, and packing serious wounds with gauze. Latex-free. The Blast® Bandage also includes a removable occlusive layer covering a 48 × 48 cm area, or it can be used to cover exposed abdominal contents while reducing heat and moisture loss. Velcro® control strips prevent the elastic roll from unwinding accidentally and keep the dressing secure during application. Multiple attachment points reduce slippage of the elastic wrap while it is being wound. This helps produce a more secure and effective dressing and reduces the chance of wound exposure during movement.
