Chest seal for open pneumothorax, with four one-way valves. Innovative hydrogel medical dressing designed to cover penetrating chest wounds (open pneumothorax), allowing air to escape the pleural cavity while preventing air from being drawn in. Brand: Prometheus Medical.

Hook-and-loop tourniquet that applies increasing pressure with each wrap. Acting as an effective compression dressing, FullStop® increases circumferential pressure with every turn. The material should be pulled firmly (ideally to the limit of its elasticity); once applied, the application time can be written on the end of the device.

The TMT™ (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) is a bleeding-control device specifically designed to manage massive haemorrhage from the limbs. Developed from lessons learned in battlefield environments, the TMT is designed for easy application and effective occlusion. It can also be self-applied, requiring minimal training to address life-threatening bleeding quickly. It is intended to address shortcomings of other tourniquets, including the ability to adjust pressure.
