The telescopic poles can be adjusted to the desired height with a simple locking wing nut. Above the ground spike is a foot step to make it easier to push into hard soil. Assembly takes just a few minutes: lay out the fabric, thread the crossbars through its loops, push the poles into the ground, fit the crossbars to the poles and adjust to the required height. The shelter can be assembled in a square or any other desired shape.
