The Blast® Bandage also includes a removable occlusive layer covering a 48 × 48 cm area, or it can be used to cover exposed abdominal contents while reducing heat and moisture loss. Velcro® control strips prevent the elastic roll from unwinding accidentally and keep the dressing secure during application. Multiple attachment points reduce slippage of the elastic wrap while it is being wound. This helps produce a more secure and effective dressing and reduces the chance of wound exposure during movement.

The TMT™ (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) is a bleeding-control device specifically designed to manage massive haemorrhage from the limbs. Developed from lessons learned in battlefield environments, the TMT is designed for easy application and effective occlusion. It can also be self-applied, requiring minimal training to address life-threatening bleeding quickly. It is intended to address shortcomings of other tourniquets, including the ability to adjust pressure.
